New server
"We have recently had our old server replaced, which we were told by other sources would be a lot of hassle, but the whole process was in fact very smooth. We are now on a service contract with the Technical Support Department, which means we spend less time on IT, and more on our own business. Small Business Server
"TSD’s partnership in the Microsoft Small Business Specialist community is a great asset to our internal IT support team. Without this community backing them, they would just be another computer support company, but they are not! I don’t know much about how the SBSC community works but I am glad they are part of it. Their recommendation of Microsoft Windows 2003 Small Business Server Release 2 fitted our needs exactly allowing us to maintain and operate our own server through an easy to use interface and with the contract support of TSD we know that we will always have a helping hand should we need to do anything more advanced than adding a user or two!

"We have used The Technical Support Department to ensure the smooth running of our IT for several years. Being on a service contract gives us great peace of mind; we know that if any issue arises (however small) we can get it resolved really quickly. It always used to be one of those things that caused people to roll their eyes and frown – now though I can’t remember the last time our system was down for anything other than planned maintenance or upgrades.
